1 Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
These terms form a legally binding agreement between q999 (q999.bio) and its users. Any citizen or resident of Bangladesh who creates an account or uses the q999 platform agrees to fully abide by these terms.
To be eligible to use the platform, you must be a legal adult under the laws of Bangladesh and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Minors are strictly prohibited from using any q999 services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Along with these terms and conditions, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policyand applicable to you as an integral part of this document.
2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user is allowed to create only one account.
- All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
- Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately.
- Creating multiple accounts from the same family or IP address is prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details (username and password) fully confidential.
- Immediately report any unauthorized use of your account to us.
- You must not let others use your account.
- Account transfer or sale is strictly prohibited.
Q999 may request national ID or other identification documents at any time for account verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be restricted if verification is incomplete.
3 Platform Usage Rules
Users of the q999 platform must refrain from the following activities:
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
- Usage for money laundering or any other financial crimes.
- Attempting to hack or access another user’s account.
- Unauthorized use or distribution of q999 intellectual property or content is prohibited.
- Spreading false or misleading information on the platform.
- Attempting to harass or harm other users.
Violation of these rules may result in q999 closing your account without notice and taking legal action where applicable.
4 Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All transactions at q999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Verification may be required before deposited funds are reflected in your account. The sender's number must match the number registered on the account.
Account verification must be completed before withdrawals. Always use the registered payment method when making withdrawals.
Bonus terms apply separately. Specific betting requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Q999 reserves the right to suspend suspicious transactions and conduct necessary investigations. In cases of fraudulent activity, all funds may be confiscated and law enforcement may be notified.
5 Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Q999 may suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:
- If any violations of terms or fraud are detected.
- If false identity or information is provided.
- If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found.
- After a long period of inactivity (usually 12 months).
- Upon user request.
If there is a remaining balance after account closure, it will be refunded upon completed verification; however, funds may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.
Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the q999 platform — logos, design, software, text, graphics, and databases — is the exclusive property of q999. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
Our platform may contain links to third-party games or services. q999 is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these third parties. Users access these links at their own discretion.
6 Liability limits, changes to terms & applicable law
Liability Limitations
Q999 accepts no responsibility for the following:
- Loss of betting opportunities due to technical faults or server downtime.
- Transaction failures caused by internet connectivity issues.
- Account information leaks caused by user negligence.
- Direct financial loss related to betting or gaming.
Changes to Terms & Law
Q999 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via account notification or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
